How care works from Garrett County

Your first session, and usually every session after it, can happen by secure video from home. You need a private room and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera. If home isn’t private, some people use a parked car or a closed office during a lunch break.

Our closest office is in Bethesda, more than three hours away by car. We don’t expect anyone to make that drive for a weekly session. If you ever want to meet a provider in person, you can plan a visit to Bethesda, but it’s never required.
