Close to home in Bethesda

Our Bethesda office is on Motor City Drive, just off the Beltway and I-270. Rockville, Silver Spring, Wheaton and Gaithersburg are all about 6 to 10 miles away, and Germantown is about 14 miles.

Montgomery County has more mental health clinicians per resident than the state average (County Health Rankings 2025). Even so, the county’s 2025 hospital health assessment found that residents often face long waits and a shortage of culturally and linguistically responsive care, and nearly half of survey respondents named mental health as a top health issue.

Early childhood and family services

For children under 34½ months, the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program takes referrals at 240-777-3997. From age 3 until kindergarten, MCPS Child Find offers free developmental screenings at 240-740-2170, and it’s also where families moving in with a preschooler who already has an IEP start.

A school screening is separate from a medical diagnosis. Blue Sails offers autism evaluations and therapy for children, teens, adults and couples.
