Ling Lu, MD (China), is an experienced healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and trained physician with more than two decades of international experience spanning clinical medicine, ambulatory care administration, and community health programming.

Originally from Guangdong, China, Dr. Lu completed her medical education and practiced clinically as a physician before building and directing a successful network of outpatient primary care clinics across the region. Her clinical background established a foundational focus on preventive health, patient-centered outpatient care, and community wellness.

After relocating to the United States, Dr. Lu transitioned her expertise into healthcare systems development, specialized long-term care, and behavioral health operations. She is the founder and Executive Director of Happy Harmony Health Management LLC, based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, she oversees comprehensive health service programs, mental health support, and specialized behavioral programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD.
