## About Thinh Nguyen

Thinh Nguyen brings more than 27 years of mental health and human services experience to his role as Clinical Director. A Maryland-licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, Thinh oversees our clinical programming, multidisciplinary team development, and quality-of-care standards.

Thinh earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, following undergraduate training in psychology. Throughout his career, he has guided outpatient psychiatric clinics, crisis intervention teams, and private group practices. As a leader, Thinh combines evidence-based behavioral healthcare with compassionate, client-centered systems design—building clinical teams and expanding community access to treatment.
