## About Julia Jin

**Julia Jin, BCBA**, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 30 years of clinical experience specializing in behavioral health, intellectual disabilities, and complex psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Certified since 2003, she brings deep expertise in behavioral assessment, crisis intervention, and specialized therapeutic programming. 

Over her career, Ms. Jin has directed behavioral intervention programs across three state clinical facilities, treating adults with severe behavioral challenges. Complementing her institutional work, she has spent 20 years as a Senior Behavior Consultant and Therapist, delivering evidence-based autism interventions for children and adolescents. A dedicated clinical leader, Ms. Jin actively mentors the next generation of practitioners, guiding candidates through RBT® and BCBA® certification.
