# Care that starts with you.

Blue Sails Counseling and Consulting, Inc. is a locally rooted, accredited behavioral health practice serving Maryland since 2012.

## Our mission

We provide compassionate, individualized behavioral healthcare that helps people harness their own strength and set a course toward a healthier life.

We began in Lusby on October 1, 2012. Today, we offer outpatient therapy, psychiatric medication management, and autism services, with offices in Lusby and Bethesda and statewide telehealth.

## What you can expect from us

You will be matched, not assigned. We choose your provider based on what you tell us you need, and we will re-match you if it is not working.

We aim to keep you with the same provider throughout your care. Continuity is part of treatment.

We’ll explain expected costs and payment options before you start, including insurance, self-pay and sliding-scale options.
